Key Skills / Responsibilities:
Strong hands-on experience in IBM Sterling OMS development and customization.
Proficient in Java, J2EE, XML/XSLT, and Sterling OMS components including Pipelines, APIs, User Exits, and Agents.
Experience customizing order lifecycle flows covering sourcing, fulfillment, payments, returns, and exception management.
Hands-on experience integrating Sterling OMS with external systems using Kafka, REST/SOAP APIs, and Message Queues.
Strong experience in Retail / E-commerce implementations with knowledge of Omnichannel Order Fulfillment.
