Mono EOR is for hiring full-time employees in India without setting up a local entity. It includes complete employment contracts, benefits management, and full compliance. Contractor Management is for managing independent contractors with localized agreements, TDS handling, and compliant INR payments.
How does the 15% fee work for hiring engineers?
The 15% fee is calculated on the engineer's annual salary and is only charged when you successfully hire a candidate. There are no upfront costs - you pay only when you make a hire. This includes the entire recruitment process, from requirement gathering to final placement.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Our pricing is completely transparent. Mono EOR is $499/month, Contractor Management is $39/month, and our engineering recruitment service is 15% of annual salary only on successful hire. All costs are clearly stated upfront.
Can I use multiple services together?
Absolutely! Many companies use our services in combination. For example, you might hire full-time employees through Mono EOR while also managing contractors through Contractor Management, and recruit additional engineers through our hiring service.
What happens if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your EOR or Contractor Management subscription with 30 days notice. For the engineering recruitment service, there are no ongoing fees to cancel since you only pay on successful hire. We'll help transition your employees to your new provider if needed.
Do you offer a replacement guarantee for hired engineers?
Yes! We offer a 3-month replacement warranty for all engineers hired through our service. If the engineer doesn't work out within the first 3 months, we'll find a replacement at no additional cost.
